Counter-Notification

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA complaint.

We may restore the removed content if we do not receive a legal notice from the original copyright holder within 10–14 business days after we send them your counter-notification.

Repeat Infringer Policy

bulect.com may terminate the accounts or access of users found to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material at our sole discretion.
